Materials and Use

Trio Serving Set consists of three local food products presented in jars. The flavors in the set can be used with tea, coffee, and as treats. It can also be considered as a complementary selection of local delicacies in corporate gift sets.

Kalecik Karası grapes come from Tafali’s vineyards in Kalecik. The freeze-drying method helps preserve the grape's aroma, color, and nutritional value.

Güdül chickpeas are prepared with the efforts of the Güdül Ekmek Teknesi Women's Cooperative. They are roasted over a wood fire in traditional hammered copper pans.

Kuş lokumu comes from Ali Uzun’s traditional production, which carries Ankara’s flavor memory. The lokum mixture is boiled over low heat, rested, lightly powdered, and sliced into small cubes.

It is recommended to store the products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
